zucora Customer Care Representatives are highly trained and certified by the International Customer Service Association (ICSA). The ICSA is an association dedicated to “promoting the development and awareness of the customer service profession... offering education, workshops and training programs”
Training does not end with ICSA certification. Within our Trilingual Care Center we have a continuous cycle of training so that our representatives are up to date with the latest industry practices along with creating new and innovative ways to serve our retail partners and customers.
